The March of Dimes is a prematurity campaign, that multiple times a year raises multi-millions dollars in order for research for prematurity.  The campaign has been raising money for research for over 70 years.  This also helps raise awareness and education of prematurity.  In the end March of Dimes hopes to help reduce prematurity, and stop this disease from being the leading cause of death in newborns.  With the help of participators the campaign has been able to raise money and awareness, along with education for the disease.
